Ingredients
1Ripe banana
1Ripe avocado
1 cup (250g)SCD Yoghurt
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Blend until you achieve desired creamy consistency. You could add a teaspoon of honey if you wish but I find that with the ripe banana this is plenty sweet enough for me!
