Mango, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup (65g)
Coconut oil, melted
Juice of 1/2 orange
Preheat the oven to 180°C Fan, 200°C electric, 392°F, gas mark 6.
Place the mango and raspberries in an ovenproof dish. Mix together the coconut oil and the orange juice and mix well over the fruit.
Bake for 20 minutes until the fruit is soft and releases all its juices. Enjoy with yoghurt or granola.
