Banana & Date Dairy-free Smoothie
A delicious and healthy dairy-free smoothie packed with goodness.
1 cup (240ml)

Organic small dates*, halved and pitted
*If you are using Medjool dates then 5-6 would be enough.
1/2 cup (5-6 cubes)
Place the coconut milk, ripe banana and dates in a powerful blender and leave to soak for up to 30 minutes. This will make the dates blend better.
Add the ice and blend to desired consistency.
