Ingredients
  • 1 Frozen ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup (50g) Cooked beetroot
  • 1/2 cup (50g) Mixed frozen berries (I buy a mix of frozen cherries, raspberries and strawberries
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) SCD Yoghurt
Instructions
  1. Mix together all the ingredients to a desired consistency and enjoy!
