Ingredients

Frozen ripe banana
1/2 cup (50g)
Cooked beetroot
1/2 cup (50g)
Mixed frozen berries (I buy a mix of frozen cherries, raspberries and strawberries
3/4 cup (180ml)
SCD Yoghurt
Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients to a desired consistency and enjoy!
