Ingredients
  • 1 Cauliflower head
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme
  • To taste Sea salt
  • To taste Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and roughly chop the cauliflower head.
  2. Steam the cauliflower until very tender – approximately 20 minutes.
  3. Add the cauliflower, butter, thyme and a generous pinch of salt and pepper to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. Enjoy!
