Ingredients
  • 6 Medjool dates, halved and pitted
  • 3 slices Parma Ham
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C fan 180°C electric/gas mark 3/320°F.
  2. Place the halved dates on some parchment paper and wrap each in half a slice of Parma ham.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
