  • 2 cups (470ml) Coconut water**Make sure there are no additives
  • 1 cup (45g) Fresh baby spinach, washed and dried
  • 1 cup (2 bananas) Frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup (50g) Blueberries
  • 3-4 Ice cubes
