Thyme and Sea Salt Healthy Crackers
A delicious healthy, savoury base for your toppings and dips!
2 cups (300g)
Blanched Almond Flour
1 1/2 tablespoons
Extra virgin olive oil
Free range egg
Preheat the oven to 160°C Fan, 180°C, 350°F or gas mark 4.
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until a dough forms.
If you find it easier you can divide the mixture into two balls. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough thinly between two sheets of parchment paper.
Remove the top layer on parchement and using a blunt knife or pizza cutter cut the dough into cracker shapes. Add an extra sprinkling of sea salt if desired.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until they become a light golden colour.
Allow to cool for ten minutes at least before cutting into crackers.
